So....
I'm very sad. Because I have a cold. And I keep coughing and sneezing... and doing both at the same times (yes, it's possible, just not with your eyes open.)
So I wondered if the web could throw any light on the situation.

Okay, so apparently I should:
- Drink lots of water
- Drink ginger tea and lemon tea? (oookay then)
- Increase my vitamin C in my diet
- Get lots of rest and avoid work- hey, I like this one!
- Eat garlic? Huh?
- Eat spicy foods? (how is THAT going to help?)
- Look, forget it, I'm just going to rest and drink water.. And maybe have a bath. This is a shame, because I usually go swimming on a monday. But swimming makes colds worse.

It's no fun being sick... hope you are feeling better soon.
Oh my, my Mom has a cold, too!! As for the spicy food there is something in the spices that clears up the nasal passages and helps colds go away faster. She says colds are yucky!

Spicy foods clear up the sinuses, and certain spices reduces inflammation, helping sore throats. :)
I hate being sick, too.
